Teen Acne Workshop

I've designed this workshop to give teens a safe space to learn about their skin and how to care for it to reduce breakouts & scarring. This will be a small, in-person group session with a maximum of 8 people. 

Breakouts can feel confusing, but they don’t have to be. This session is designed to give teens the tools, confidence, and real skin education they’ve been missing.

What We’ll Cover:

• What breakouts are and why they happen
• How to prevent pimples (and what makes them worse)
• Why picking & squeezing leads to scarring
• What to do with those painful blind pimples
• Foods that can make acne worse
• How to stop guessing your skincare
• How to care for your skin the right way

You’ll also receive:

• A PDF copy of the information shared for parents
• Travel sized cleanser, cleansing cloth, sample moisturiser, sample spot treatment
